I drink black coffee and I can not taste it. However, I highly recommend drinking more than enough water as I notice my urine is more concentrated.

Surprising color, but it blends well in smoothies and I can’t taste it at all. I’m happy, but it may be a little expensive compared to pills.

Serving size is 2 droppers (2ml) a day, 30 servings per container.
We need to shake the bottle before use. Can be blended in water, smoothie, coffee or any other beverage. Vitamins B are water soluble and we can take them at any time of the day, with or without food.
We need to store the bottle in the fridge after opening and use the product in a month.
I am a fan of B Complex vitamins and I will continue taking them. So far a noticed an improvement in my energy levels due to vitamin B12.
